Spread over 12,000 square feet, every inch was designed to reflect calm, function, and a lived-in elegance that brings comfort to every space in this set of villas.
The homes are united by a shared architectural language that balances the individuality of every family member with design cohesion.

From the warmth of the light-drenched living and dining to the quiet corners that slow down time, this home is where design meets emotion.
The parents’ room is a cocoon of calm, wrapped in hues of muted lavender that bring softness, serenity to soothe all senses.
The son’s room is playful yet intentional, with pops of colour, custom detailing, and an energy that mirrors his spirit without overwhelming the space.
The powder toilet becomes a moment of mindfulness. Inspired by the outdoors, its earthy greens, natural stone basin, and subtle textures wrap the space in a moment of stillness and quiet character.
A gorgeous staircase functions as the Central spine of the Home to connect the two living rooms that breathe together, yet apart.
Each space is thoughtfully designed to hold conversation, comfort, and quietude in equal measure.
The kitchen and dining units flow seamlessly, creating a grounded core for everyday life and celebration alike.
The parent’s living is bathed in soft, sandy beige that is minimal yet warm. A palette that doesn’t speak loudly, but says all the right things.
In contrast, the daughter’s room is a dream in motion. A symphony of mauve and fuchsia pinks, balanced with curved walls and curated accents. It’s playful, poised, and made to mirror her changing hues.
Every finish, palette, and proportion has been considered to create a kind of home that you grow into.
